Maharishi

Borislav Lazarov a.k.a. Maharishi, born October 1985 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He's been into Electronic Music since more than 17 years starting with tapes of Jean-Michele Jarre, Kraftwerk and Pink Floyd untill the crashing wave of Rave Music hit the middle of 90's. Particularly Prodigy, Orbital, Underworld, FSOL are the main musicians who led him to his true passion - Psychedelic Music. In year 2001, 2 years after starting Highschool, he and his schoolmate and friend Velimir Andreev (aka. Psystein) decided to create a Psytrance project called "ASOMA". After graduating Highschool they never gave up their true passion for music and decided to continue deeper into it - they started learning Computer Science in Music in New Bulgarian University with prof. d-r Simo Lazarov as their main teacher. The same year they met Alexander Dragomirov (aka. Metaphysical/Extatic) and are playing their live acts together since then. Now, after graduating his University degree in "Computer Systems in Music" profiled in "Composition & Sound Design" he is able to travel around the Globe and meet new people all the way up or down.
